Generally speaking, orders for new customers take about 1-2 weeks. Reorders take less time. However, if you need your order by a particular date, just let us know and we will check to make sure do it.

To obtain the highest-quality result, we need to use vector artwork. Vector art is a graphic file that can be resized without losing image quality. Some file types that may be vector are .ai, .eps, .pdf and .svg. Not sure if your artwork is vector? No problem! Email us what you have and we will let you know. Even if it is not vector we can reformat it for a small fee.

Depending on the order size, we will ship via USPS, UPS or truck. Most orders are shrink-wrapped and shipped on a pallet by a commercial truck. Freight costs will depend on the size of the order and the shipping address but our freight is always reasonable and dependable.
